I delivered this cake to a tropical destination (well, okay, it was a home in Raleigh, but it was so well decorated that it felt like an island!) It was for a wedding shower with a Hawaiian theme. Hand molded chocolate shells and sugar sand surround the base of the cake. On top are two edible flip flops with the bride and groom's names and a lei made of sugar flowers on more sugar sand. Ho'omaika'i 'Ana to the happy couple!
